BLTC Ski Trip - January 2010

Barnet Tennis club is arranging what we hope to be an annual ski trip; this year’s trip is to Alpe D’Huez staying in the Beausoleil hotel the trip will include the following:

  • Coach transport to and from Luton Airport from Barnet Tennis Club
  • Beausoleil Hotel Half Board  (buffet breakfast and waiter service dinner with one night off)
  • Full mountain Lift Pass included
  • Ski and Boot hire included
  • Morning Lessons 2 – 2.5 hours a day for 6 days (optional)

Below is the trip itinerary:

  • Meet at Barnet Tennis Club 30th Jan 2010 at 12:00
  • Fly from Luton at 16:10
  • Arrive at Grenoble Airport at 18.55
  • Transfer to Alpe D’Huez approx 1.5 hour
  • Leave Alpe D’Huez 6th Feb 2010 at 16:00
  • Fly from Grenoble at 19.55
  • Arrive back in Luton at 20:30

Total Price for the above is £859 (excluding morning lessons)

The price quoted is the maximum price for all the above, however depending on numbers there may be a slight reduction due to additional free places being offered by the travel operator. This will become apparent prior to your final payment and may accordingly reduce the price. For this year’s trip we are limited to 34 places on a first come first served basis, there will be a £ 100 non-refundable deposit required to be paid to BLTC followed by the balance on November 2nd 2009.         For ski lovers, the ClubHotel Beausoleil's position just can't be beaten. It's located at the top of the village and has total ski convenience - you click on your skis right outside the front door and ski away to a choice of 5 different lifts, all within 250m! The main village centre is 300m away and there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

This ClubHotel has good in-house facilities, there's a large restaurant with great views over the slopes, a bar with satellite television and a comfortable lounge with internet facility. Out front there's also a large, south-facing terrace which is a great pit stop to grab lunch and some sun. The hotel bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming. All have views of the slopes and some have a balcony.

On The Slopes
